1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to register.
- By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.
2. Platform Role
- FindMyAIExpert is a marketplace that connects Clients (students, SMEs, corporates) with Experts (freelancers, consultants).
- We are not a party to contracts made between Clients and Experts.
- Experts are independent service providers and not employees of FindMyAIExpert.
3. Account Registration
- You must register with a valid email ID or social login.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- Any misuse of your account will be your responsibility.
4. Services & Listings
- Experts may post Services (listings) describing their offerings.
- Clients may browse and purchase Services or post project requests.
- Experts must provide accurate descriptions of services. Misrepresentation is prohibited.
5. Payments & Fees
- All payments must be made through the platform (via Razorpay/Stripe/other gateways).
- The platform may charge a service fee/commission (to be disclosed before purchase).
- Payments are released to Experts only after successful delivery and subject to dispute policies.
6. Refunds & Disputes
- Refunds are only possible under specific conditions (e.g., service not delivered, poor quality).
- Clients must raise disputes within 7 days of service delivery.
- FindMyAIExpert may mediate disputes but is not liable for final outcomes.
7. User Responsibilities
Clients
- Provide clear project details.
- Do not request illegal or unethical work.
Experts
- Deliver services on time and as described.
- Maintain professional conduct and respect confidentiality.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraud, spam, or illegal purposes.
- Circumvent the platform by taking payments outside the website.
- Upload harmful content, viruses, or offensive material.
9. Intellectual Property
- Experts retain ownership of their original work.
- By posting content, you grant FindMyAIExpert a license to display it on the platform.
- You may not copy or resell content from the platform without permission.
10. Privacy
- We collect and process user data as per our Privacy Policy.
- By using the platform, you consent to such processing.
11. Limitation of Liability
- FindMyAIExpert is not responsible for:
- Service quality delivered by Experts.
- Any damages, losses, or disputes arising from projects.
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us.
12. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Users may delete their accounts at any time.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, India].
14. Updates to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time.
- Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new Terms.
